* render advice on tax consequences incident to divorce or separation and structured settlements to civil litigation
* help develop overall estate plans that allow clients to achieve personal and financial goals
* assist numerous other law firms and their clients in reviewing and commenting on wills and trusts, and in administering probate and ancillary administrations
* address the associated state inheritance and estate tax issues in each estate plan, particularly to help avoid double-domicile issues or problems
* advise clients on issues concerning the tax savings from change in residence or expatriation
work on estate plans for persons migrating to the U.S. from treaty and non-treaty jurisdictions
